Retiro do Gerês Hostel, in Fafião, in the heart of the Peneda-Gerês National Park, is a project by Atelier Alexandra Pires that brings the serenity of the natural landscape indoors. In the bathrooms, Primus’ Memo collection, in the 10×30 format, was applied in different shades, creating distinct yet cohesive spaces. The subtle relief of the tiles and their vertical layout add texture and depth, while the soft palette dialogues with the black, wood and brass accents, in a natural and welcoming register.
